Setup Blackout Days

Enables you to pause all communications for a day or date-range

Black out day(s) can be configured to place a hold on all customer campaign communications. By default, black outs are automatically setup for all national holidays.

However, there may be unprecedented situations where you would like to apply a blanket pause on all outgoing customer campaign communications. Typically, we've seen this option used in regional emergencies/floods.

You can select a day or a date range in the provided calendar and provide a description/reason for the blackout.
