Setup Blackout Days
Enables you to pause all communications for a day or date-range
Overview
Black out day(s) can be configured to place a hold on all customer campaign communications. This feature gives you complete control over when your communications are sent, ensuring they're appropriate for the circumstances.
By default, blackouts are automatically set up for all national holidays to ensure your communications respect important dates.
Create custom blackout periods for unprecedented situations where you need to pause all outgoing customer campaign communications.
