When you choose to integrate with Credit Clear using files, we support the following standard files depending on your use case.

Integration Mode

Credit Clear supports a couple of Integration Modes which determines the lifetime of the accounts in the platform:

Active Portfolio

When using Active Portfolio mode, we expect you to send only active accounts to us. We will automatically close the accounts everyday if there is a newer upload available and the account is not present in the newer file.

Full Portfolio

In this mode, we expect you to provide the Status field in your upload which determines if the account remains Active or gets Closed.
