Launch Campaign

Enables you to setup and monitor your campaign based on your workflow and intelligent targeting rules.

A campaign is the execution of a workflow on a pre-defined target audience.

Create your Campaign

Required Campaign Settings
  • Campaign Name: Choose a clear, descriptive name that reflects the campaign's purpose
  • Description: Add details about the campaign's objectives and scope

Optional Campaign Settings

Handle previously processed customers intelligently

  • Include previously treated invoices when they're no longer in active campaigns
This setting is only used when you need to run a re-engagement campaign.
For example: Customers that were previously in a campaign and setup a payment arrangement that subsequently failed causing them to exit the campaign. You would now like to re-engage this cohort of customers via a new re-engagement campaign.
