Rule Sets

Enables you to build intelligent business rules to target your customers. Rule sets help you segment your customers based on specific criteria to target them with customised payment rules or customised content.

Create a rule set

Rule Set Options

  • Status: Filter based on invoice status. Invoice needs to be in Awaiting Payment status for campaign comms to be sent.
  • Amount Due: Filter based on $ amount due or a $ amount range .
  • Created On: Filter based on when the invoice was created.

💡 Pro Tip: Once you build your rule set , you will be able to identify the number of existing invoices that qualify for that ruleset. If you already have existing invoices in the system that you'd like to segment and send comms to, its always useful to sense check your rule set criteria with the the invoice count matching that rule set in the Rule set list view.
