Daily Campaign Send Time
Enables you to setup your daily communication send times here.
Based on your business requirements, you can configure the time of day when you would like to send customer communications for each day of the week along with the start and end time. Credit Clear will only send communications between the start and end time. Disabling a day of week will not send any communications on that day.
Staggering
If you are concerned about all customer communications going out at the same time causing a backlog of calls to your call centre, you can enable the Staggering feature. It is used to spread customer communication across your start and end times during the day so that your call center is not overwhelmed with incoming calls.
